Wow! This compact insight is transformational. Falling into these traps are easy especially with all the high stakes testing emphasis and with the current "results-panic" over the last year or two. These traps render children as a data point and forget how much they go through in general let alone what has happened over the last two years with COVID and social unrest.
I think the outcome should perhaps harken back to the original tenets of our education system that focus on self-sufficiency, democracy and how to participate in the surrounding world. These foundations create a self-confidence that is rooted in strength and love which can impact everything that surrounds.
